I ordered flowers and a box of chocolates for Mother’s Day; the chocolates weren’t included in the delivery. I called the next day for a refund, and the woman on the phone was extremely understanding and promised me a refund immediately (no jumping through hoops to prove I didn’t receive the chocolates, like many large companies would do).
